For this Man was Counted Worthy
1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Messiah and High Priest of your profession, Jesus;
2 Who was faithful to Him that appointed him, as also David was faithful in all his Churches.
3 For this Man was counted worthy of more glory than all the others, inasmuch as he who hath established the Church hath more honour than the Church.
4 For every place of worship is built by some man; but he that established all things is Almighty God.
5 And David verily was faithful in His Church, as a Servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;
6 But Jesus is the God over his own Church; whose Church are ye, if ye hold fast with confidence and with rejoicing in firm hope unto the end.
7 Wherefore as the Holy Ghost saith, Today if ye will hear his voice,
8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the Garden of Eden:
9 When your fathers tempted Almighty God, proved him, and saw his works.
10 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do always err in their heart; as if they have not known my ways.
11 So Almighty God promised in his wrath, They shall not enter into heaven.
12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from Almighty God.
13 But exhort one another daily, for this is your calling today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
14 For ye are made partakers of heaven, if ye hold fast to the teachings of your beginning and your confidence steadfast unto the end;
15 While it is said, Today if ye will hear Almighty God's voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all came out of the religions with Jesus.
17 But with him were they grieved, was it not them that had sinned, who reincarnated in the religions?
18 And to whom promised Almighty God that they would not enter into his heaven, but to them that believed not?
19 So now ye see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
2
1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us about entering into his heaven, least any of us should seem to come short of it.
2 For unto you was the Holy First Covenant preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3 For ye who obey do enter into heaven, as he said, As I have promised in my rejoicing, they shall enter into my heaven: although the work was finished from the foundation of the world.
4 For He spake in a certain place of the Holy Day on this wise, And man did rest the Holy Day from all his works.
5 And in another place again, So must they continue to do if they shall enter into heaven.
6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some have entered therein, they to whom it was first preached entered not, because of disobedience:
7 Again, he preached a certain day saying, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if ye will obey my voice, harden not your hearts.
8 For if Almighty God had given them rest, then would He not afterward have spoken of it another day.
9 There remaineth therefore a place of rest for the people of Almighty God.
10 For he that is entered into heaven, he also hath ceased from his own works, as Almighty God did say.
11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that haven of rest, lest any man fall after the same example of disobedience.
12 For the word of Almighty God is sure, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, He is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
13 Neither is there any creature that is not accounted for in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him by whom they were created.
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is authorized by heaven, Jesus the Son of Almighty God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet sinned not.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in times of trouble.
3
1 For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to Almighty God, that he may offer both intercession and counselling for sins:
2 Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; except that he himself also was compassed with infirmity.
3 And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, offer intercession for his sins.
4 And no man taketh this office unto himself, but he that is called of Almighty God, as was Jesus.
5 So also Jesus glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but He that said unto him, Thou art my Son, today have I ordained thee.
6 As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest forever after thy incarnation David the Christ.
7 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto Him that was able to save him from sin, and was heard in that he had faith;
8 Though he were also a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
9 Then being made holy, he became the author of the Holy First Covenant, and Almighty God received all them that obeyed him;
10 Called of Almighty God a high priest after the order of the Church.
11 Of whom ye have many things to say, and many to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.
12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again the first principles of the commandments of Almighty God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
13 For every one that useth parables is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe in Christ.
14 But mystical teachings belongeth to them that are saints, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
4
1 Therefore, leaving not the principles of the doctrine of Jesus, let us go on unto perfection; not laying aside the foundation of repentance for dead works, but of faith toward Almighty God,
2 The teachings of the baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of the resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
3 And this will we do, with Almighty God's authority.
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 And have tasted the holy word of Almighty God, and the powers of the world to come,
6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from Almighty God:
8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
9 But, beloved, we are expecting better things of you, the things that accompany salvation, of which we thus speak.
10 For Almighty God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints.
11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:
12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
13 For when Almighty God made a promise to Jesus, because He could promise by no greater, He promise by himself,
14 Saying, Surely in blessing I will bless thy saints, and in multiplying I will multiply them.
15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he also obtained that promise.
16 For men verily promise by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
17 Wherein, Almighty God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of the promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by a promise:
18 That by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for Almighty God to lie, we have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which entereth into the veil;
20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest forever after the order of the Church.
5
1 For this Church, the most High God, He met Jesus the Messiah returning from the conversion of the religions, and blessed him;
2 Of whom also Andrew the God gave the ten commandments to all; first beginning by interpreting the Books of Moses by righteousness, and after that also the Old covenant, which is, the king of the believer's peace;
3 Almighty God, without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made Andrew like unto the Son of Almighty God; abiding as a high priest forever.
4 Now consider how great this Man is, unto whom even the Prophet Jesus gave the ten commandments of the believers.
5 And verily they that are of the clergy of the Church, they receive the office of the Christ, have a commandment to take salvation to the people according to the Holy First Covenant, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the Church of Jesus:
6 He whose descendants were not counted as one of them, received the salvation of Jesus, and blessed him that had the promises.
7 And without contradiction the latter is more blessed than the former.
8 And the men whom before they die received the Holy First Covenant; Almighty God receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that Jesus liveth.
9 And if I may so say, David also, who received the Holy First Covenant, passed on the Holy First Covenant to Jesus.
10 For Jesus was yet in the loins of Almighty God, when David the Christ returned to heaven.
11 Therefore salvation was by the heavenly priesthood, for by them the people received the Holy First Covenant, what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of the Church, and not be called after the order of heaven?
12 For if the priesthood was changed, then it is of necessity to change also the teachings.
13 For these things which are spoken pertaineth to another faith, of which no man should give attendance at that altar.
14 For it is evident that those teachings sprang out of the religions; of which faith Jesus spake nothing concerning the priesthood of heaven.
15 And it is yet far more evident: that after the similitude of Jesus the Messiah there ariseth another high priest,
16 Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of eternal life.
17 For Almighty God testifieth, Thou art a high priest forever after the order of Jesus the Messiah.
18 For there was verily a weakening of the commandment going before mankind, with weakness and unprofitableness thereof.
19 For those teachings made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better covenant did; by which ye are drawn nigh unto Almighty God.
20 And inasmuch as not without a promise he was made high priest:
21 For other priests were made without a promise; but this One with a promise by Him that said unto him, Almighty God promised and will not repent, Thou art a high priest forever after the order of Jesus the Messiah:
22 By so much was Jesus made a surety by a better covenant.
23 And they truly were many other priests, but they were not suffered to continue in his ways after his resurrection:
24 But this Man, because he continueth forever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.
25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto Almighty God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
26 For such a high priest became man, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sin, and made higher than the Archangels in heaven;
27 Who needeth not daily, as those other high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.
28 For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the promise, which was since the Holy First Covenant, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
6
1 For the Books of Moses having a shadow of the good teachings to come, and not the very image of those teachings, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the born-again thereunto holy.
2 For then should they have ceased to be offered? Because the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.
3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.
4 For it is not possible that rituals should take away sins.
5 Wherefore when Jesus the Messiah came into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and the offering of rituals thou wouldest not, for a Church hast I prepared thee:
6 In rituals and sacrifices for sin Almighty God hast had no pleasure.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come. In the volumes of the covenants it is written of me, to do thy will, O GOD.
8 Above when He said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst I pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
9 Then said I, Lo, I come to do thy will, O GOD. He taketh away the Books of Moses, that he may establish the Holy Second Covenant.
10 By the which we are sanctified through the offering of the teachings of Jesus the Messiah once for all.
11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this Man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of Almighty God;
13 From henceforth expecting till the sinners be made humble.
14 For by one teaching he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord Jesus, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities will Almighty God remember no more.
18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into heaven by the teachings of Jesus,
20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
21 And him being a God over the Church of Almighty God;
22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from a pure conscience, and our bodies washed with water baptism.
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; for He is faithful that promised;
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together in the Church, as the manner of some is; but exhort one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But the sinner can fearfully look for judgment and reincarnation, which shall devour sin.
28 He that loveth the Books of Moses shall die without mercy, for he is now living under the law of the two or three covenants:
29 A much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall be for he who taught unworthy, who hath trodden under foot the teachings of the Son of GOD, and hath contaminated the teachings of the covenants, wherewith he was sanctified, this is an unholy thing, and he hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith Almighty God. And again, Almighty God shall judge his people.
31 It is a fearful thing for the unjust to fall into the hands of the living GOD.
32 But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were made holy, ye endured a great fight of affliction;
33 Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.
34 But Almighty God had compassion on us in our bonds, and took joyfully the burdens of our sins, knowing in himself that we had in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
35 Cast not away therefore your salvation, which hath great recompence of reward.
36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of Almighty God, ye might receive the promise.
37 For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man backslides, GOD shall have no pleasure in him.
39 But we are not of them who backslide unto religion; but of them that believe to the saving of our soul.
